I’ve spent the last five years enjoying all the cheese and cider the West Country had to offer, earning a postgraduate diploma in magazine journalism from Cardiff University along the way.

Reading Delia in the bath may never have been considered normal by some people, but a recent move to London has taken my food perversion to a whole new level. From the smatterings of independent restaurants, to the strange items of frozen matza balls in the local supermarket, I’m feeling rather over-excited.

I also had a more serious, work-related blog about technology and journalism (but it’s no longer updated).
